Parke Kallenberg

Parke earned his degree in Industrial Psychology from Emory University and is the founder of ADVANCE Consulting Group. He has a strong passion for helping others exceed their goals and has generated repeated successes over 30+ years in leadership roles. His experience includes the automotive aftermarket, residential services, and national landscape services. He has repeatedly led teams to exceed goals as VP of Sales, helping the company grow from $110M to $450M in 10 years. As VP of Training for ValleyCrest (a 10k+ employee company), the company earned five consecutive Training Top 125 Awards. Parke is known for his high energy engagement, participant buy-in, and measurable results.

Scott Arciniega

Scott is a Senior Partner of ADVANCE Consulting Group with 25+ years of experience managing, leading and developing talent in the landscape industry. His horticulture degree from Cal Poly Pomona served as a strong foundation to building a career- starting on production crews and working up to Director of Operations for a $40 million dollar company. His vast experience in working at all levels of a company has made each participant identify quickly with his leadership and instruction. Recently, Scott helped with the merger of a $2 billon dollar company. He is known for helping participants learn and detail how they will implement improvements for their client companies. Scott has lead position restructuring, field efficiency, account manager development, field coaching and other key business needs for clients

Anne Mino

Anne has 20+ years of experience in the landscape industry. Her Horticulture degree from Iowa State University and her master’s in leadership from Aurora University bring together her two passions, landscape and developing people. Throughout the years she has held several different roles including designer, account manager, branch manager, training and development. She has been at the ground level of merging the largest landscape company in the world. Through her experience and knowledge, she has been able to build repeatable processes and systems that companies use for their success. Anne is able to connect with companies and realize their potential through multiple coaching practices that create a sustainable culture within your organization

Brent Loescher

Brent is co-founder of Loescher Solutions and specializes in Business Performance Improvements and has a passion for leadership development. A self-professed “process guy,” he is a retired military veteran who also has an extensive background improving operations within manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and distributed-services environments, serving in leadership roles from supervisor to executive. This experience included leading a team focused on the integration of a $2 billion dollar merger. He received his formal training with Toyota and has carried Toyota Production Principles and LEAN fundamentals to a variety of industries, helping frontline employees to senior executives obtain clarity, define purpose and execute strategies to improve.

Kim Loescher

Kim is co-founder of Loescher Solutions and specializes in providing Sexual Harassment training, risk assessments and claims consultation that makes a difference. She has worked as an insurance investigator for over 28 years, specializing in cases of fraud, work-related fatalities and injuries, workmen’s compensation, discrimination and sexual harassment. She's interviewed thousands of claimants, employers, and witnesses and understands the damaging and costly aftermath of preventable claims. She brings this passion to life for her clients and their employees in engagements that challenge, enlighten and inform.

Rob Dix

Rob has 25+ years of experience in the service industry. He has a proven aptitude for implementing forward-thinking ideas to inspire teams, improve customer loyalty and retention, exceed financial targets, reduce costs and increase profitability. His experience includes small business owner, branch manager and senior operational roles with national companies (SMS Assist, BrightView Landscape Services, Ferrandino and Son, Inc) leading divisions of 100+ million dollars. Rob served in the United States Marine Corps and then pursued his BS in Agricultural Business and Applied Economics at Ohio State University. His focus is leadership, customer service/retention, developing and implementing strategic plans.

Vence is a creative who works in music production, film composition, web development, and social media content creation. He is the founder of Vence Ray Productions, where he gets to indulge his passion for blending music genres to create unique and original sounds. He specializes in brand development, search engine optimization, and audience engagement across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. His eye for visual design and ability to create original sounds that engage the listener guarantees relatable, high-quality content that makes your business stand out among competitors.

Bonnie Kallenberg

Bonnie is a business owner and was President of NARTS (National Association of Resale and Thrift Stores) for 4 years. Her ability to grow her own business 10x over the last 30 years is evidence of her commitment to excellence and developing people. Her deep experience in retail and customer services brings a valuable dimension to ADVANCE and to our clients. Her expertise in retail/resale, marketing, and merchandising is tempered with her experience as a successful business owner who understands short and long term needs and goals.

Kate West

Kate currently serves as an outsourced CFO. With 26 years of experience in accounting and finance, Kate has worked with small, family-owned businesses to large, publicly-traded corporations in various industries from manufacturing to service provision. Kate brings her strengths of maximizing resources, improving processes, and achieving success to her role as CFO. With a love of education and a passion for developing people, Kate strives to facilitate continuous improvements for the teams whom she serves. Kate holds degrees from both Oklahoma State University and Florida Metropolitan University in Accounting and Business Administration. Kate passed the Certified Management Accountant exams in 2015. Kate is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers. She served as President of the Chattanooga IMA in 2004-2005, and she served as their VP of Education in 2015-2016. Kate served in several roles on the Board of Directors for the Chattanooga Chapter of Executive Women’s International, and she has participated in the Women Mentoring Women program for Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute. When not working, Kate enjoys spending time with her family: hiking, bird watching, fishing, and spending time on the water.
